NEW CONSTRUCTION

Quality First offers a Design-Build Process for those individuals who are not yet sure of their needs.  This is a two-phase process.

Phase 1 is a contractual phase and begins after an initial meeting to discuss needs.  After the initial meeting, Phase 1 begins with our Client Services Contract.  During this phase, the Quality First Design team works for you by the hour to get you the design you desire.  Upon the acceptance and completion of the Phase 1 Client Services' design, the design process is completed with the client being provided  with the contracted design.

Phase 2 of the Design/Build process begins after the design is agreed upon, completed and the final draft of plans are submitted to and accepted by the Client.  At this point we discuss going under contract to begin construction.  Feel free to reach out to us to discover how we may be of assistance with your project.
